How it works
Hiring a studio, not filling a wizard.
Five steps. One person who has seen your page at every one of them.
- 01Day 0
Tell us the day
You inquire with the date, city, occasion, and the look you have in mind. If a template in the collection is close, say which one. If nothing is, describe it in your own words: a colour, a photograph, a mood.
- 02Within the week
We design it
We choose the type, the palette, and the structure, write the copy in your tone, and place your photographs. You get a private preview link to open on your phone, because that is how your guests will open it.
- 03As many rounds as it takes
You approve
Tell us what to change. We revise until it feels like you. Password, unlisted, or public: you decide how private it should be before anything is printed.
- 04The day you say
We publish
When you say go, the link opens at graceinvite.com/your-names. We test the RSVP, the map links, and the add-to-calendar button one more time.
- 05Whenever the card is ready
You share
On the card, in the group chat, behind a QR code. Replies come to your inbox. After the day, the site can stay up as a keepsake or come down when you ask.
Questions
The practical part.
Do I need to send photographs?
Only if you have them. Many sites in the collection are typographic and need none. If you have engagement or family photos, send the ones you love and we place them.
Can we change things after the site is live?
Yes. A new time, a changed venue, an extra question in the FAQ. Write to us and we update the same link.
How do RSVPs reach us?
Guests reply from the page and the reply lands in the email you choose, with their name, headcount, and any note. No dashboard to learn.
What if we need something the templates do not have?
Say so in the inquiry. Sponsors and court for a debut, a ninong and ninang section for a baptism, an agenda for a company night. We design to the occasion.
